Some Frequently Asked Questions...

What format do I receive the audio in?

All the files are  MP3s – they download onto your computer. If you have iTunes they should download directly into there. Can I copy the files onto audio CDs and listen on my hi-fi or in-car system?

Am I breaking the law by downloading these audio files?

Absolutely not! ALL of the content on this site is original, new material and we work closely with the writers at all times. You are entitled to download and listen to these files as often as you wish and on whatever equipment you wish. However, like any other media, it is illegal to make copies of the files and give them to other people.

How long will it take to download the audio files?

It will vary greatly depending on what kind of Internet connection you have. If you have a broadband connection it will take just a few minutes per play. If you have a 56k dial-up connection it will be considerably slower.

Can I listen to a sample of the audio before I decide to buy?

Yes! All of the downloads on Wireless Theatre KIDS include a quick sample that you can listen to before deciding to download. We also have a small selection of free plays you can download. 

Do you offer refunds?

We can only offer refunds if the file is faulty - please email us as soon as you realise  there's a problem at info@wirelesstheatrekids.co.uk and we'll get onto it immediately. We will usually reply within an hour, if it's the weekend, it's possible your refund will be issued the following Monday.
